Our goal is to give all marketers access to the tools they need to get a better return on their advertising spend. Today we have released two new features that will help better target keywords in titles and improve the appearance of the ad.
New Features
Here is an example of how you can use both together.
The vast majority of people search for products using predictable patterns. Title templates allow you to optimize many product titles at once. Say, for example that we are optimizing a product feed for a website that sells Australian made socks made from:
(each of the bullet points above is a product type).
The predictable search pattern is “Australian Made + {Product Type} + Socks. E.g. Australian Made Alpaca Wool socks
Using the FeedOps product title editor you can insert “Australian Made” & “Socks” at either side of the product type
Below are examples of what the final product title would look like in Merchant Center
In most cases leaving the original title in place is a good idea because It helps to keep the product titles unique but you do have the option to refine it further to improve the readability.
In the example below we have drilled down to alpaca socks, the original product title has been removed completely and replaced with the text “Warm Winter Luxury” and to keep the titles for each SKU unique size and color have been added.
